Description

To expand the educational and social opportunities for girls and for their well-being, our design team (school #77, Bishkek city, Kyrgyzstan) offers the implementation of the after-school program "Give a girl the right shoes, she will conquer the world ", which is aimed at developing leadership qualities in girls 10 and 15 years old. We believe that in a modern society of especially high competition, in order to promote her views, a girl needs leadership qualities, the possession of which allows her to feel confident, harmoniously grow and develop, boldly set goals and objectives for herself.

Step-by-step instructions for other teachers

* Hold a meeting with the girls and identify their concerns and areas of interest
* Make a plan of action to solve the problem and determine the resources that will be used to implement
* Share the plan with the girls and update it with their comments and suggestions
* Carry out project activities according to the plan
* Reflect during implementation process and improve the workflow accordingly
* Conduct a post-survey to determine the impact of the project
* Submit a project implementation report
