in Literacy
In this project, children must model, illustrate, or draw whatever subject they are learning. This project is completed in one week, in addition to "High Scope" activities, which are activities in six areas: mathematics, Dari, science, health, nutrition, and creativity.
Our Sweet Language: In this activity, we teach children the Dari alphabet, songs, stories, and short couplets, and the students act out the characters in the stories and also draw. They sing songs with their expressions, and they make models of the alphabet using beans and peas on paper and hang them on the classroom wall.
Beautiful Numbers: In this activity, we introduce numbers to students and teach them how to count them. We provide materials for students to make number symbols on them, draw them, and search for the number of the day in their environment. For example, if the number of the day is 5, students are required to count 5 objects in their environment.
Science: In this activity, we teach science topics such as the four seasons, colors, plants, animals, etc. using charts, videos, and colors. And students draw the lesson topic on paper to further understand its concept.
Health and Nutrition: In this activity, we teach students about student health and wellness, personal and environmental hygiene, diseases, healthy and unhealthy foods, healthy and unhealthy water, and other topics related to health and healthy nutrition using videos, educational banners, and environmental materials.
Creativity: In this activity, we provide students with the necessary materials such as plastic bottles, ice cream sticks, Kabab sticks, clothes pieces, etc. Students choose the materials according to their preferences and make different things from them, for example, a doll, a car, a basket, geometric shapes, and in this way, students understand that they can make something useful from extra environmental materials.
Our Culture: In this activity, we provide information about the cultures of our people, and we present historical figures to students and celebrate the celebrations, famous festivals, and holidays of our country as examples. so, that students understand the importance of special days and occasions.
