Those with high esteem are identified and coached as peer counsellor.
Those with low self esteem are guided on how to go through the weekly schedule that covers skill development,challenging academic activity, physical fitness, Community service and spiritual activity.
Repeat the steps until the learners self esteem is eventually boosted and the learner can is self driven and motivated to accomplish various tasks independently

The students build confidence in most areas. This was reflected in active participation in;
I) Christian Union and Muslim union activities.
ii) Academic programd such as maths and science contests and debates and science fair.
iii) Co curricular activities such as table tennis, chess,football, athletics
iv) Coding,cooking, knitting
iii) Community service program like market cleaning, visiting the needy
