I am the Leader

Program "I am the Leader!" will contribute to the formation and improvement of leadership qualities of students in grades 4 and 9. The program will include trainings and seminars for students, as well as various extra-curricular activities and classroom hours on the topic of leadership. For the successful implementation of this program, we will invite various speakers from different fields to share their knowledge and experience, as well as to be able to share the secrets of success, thanks to which they were able to achieve good results.

At the end of the project, students will be able to: • set goals and plan how to achieve them • manage time effectively • develop the ability to evaluate own actions • show confidence in individual and group work • develop analytical skills (reflection) • communicate, discuss and express opinions in joint activities and in the development of common solutions • express freely, concisely, clearly and in an accessible way in public in a variety of situations • show ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, show leadership qualities
