In this Innovation, students create colorful charts with key vocabulary written in color and display them in the classroom. They use available resources in the school or surrounding environment to construct concepts such as geometric shapes and some measuring tools like rulers. The teacher guides the students to practically learn scientific concepts, such as the five senses, plant growth, heat, and machines, using available resources. Additionally, they collect discarded materials from the environment, such as cardboard and sticks, and use them as resources in the classroom.
First, the teachers dedicate activities for students and guide them to think about the ways how to make learning materials.
Then, they use available resources in the school or surrounding environment to construct concepts such as geometric shapes and some measuring tools like rulers.
Finally, the activities of students were shared in district, regional and national levels and received appreciation from many stakeholders like parents, and local authorities.
