Learning outside the classroom
Sometimes, the classroom environment can become boring for students, hindering their ability to learn effectively because they cannot move freely within the classroom, and there may be a lack of available materials. Therefore, teachers take their students outside the classroom (to the garden, courtyard, or surrounding areas of the school) to conduct practical lessons using the materials found in the environment.
For example, while teaching subject matter, a teacher might use the school garden and surrounding land to demonstrate the stages of growth and development of a plant to the students.
